(Please Read Carefully before Ordering Any Type of Commissions)

• Full payment must be provided through PayPal or Venmo before I start working. Payments plans may be accepted with progress update with each deposit (invoice must be paid off to receive the final piece without watermark).

• No refund once your commission has been approved or mailed out. If I cannot start on the sketch or complete the finished piece on time, you will receive a full or partial refund, respectively.

• Any revisions made to the sketch after the 3rd time of revising are either $5/each or prohibited if I cannot implement them. These are changes that are not mistakes on my behalf. This can be due to shortage of time before a given deadline or a conflict in my personal schedule. NOTE: Any changes after the lineart or final artwork are entirely prohibited.

• For personal use ONLY (please contact me to get a different price for commercial use). DO NOT use my commissioned artworks for NFTs or any minting of cryptocurrencies on any blockchains.

• I have the right to:

＊ Decline/refund your requests if I feel uncomfortable doing them

＊ Post the finished artwork to my social platforms (IG, Twitter, etc.) unless otherwise requested

＊ Take artistic liberties if go without specific instructions

＊ Proceed with the piece if no feedback has been received to meet a given deadline

• I will draw: Original Characters (a reference sheet or MINIMUM OF 2 images must be provided w/ description), Fanart, Custom Characters/Avatars in Games, Anime/Manga-styled Portraits of Real People (please provide AT LEAST 1 reference image), Kemonomimi, Half-humans (elves, fairies, demons, etc. that has human resemblance), Slightly Suggestive Content (no exposed private parts/genitalia).

• I will NOT draw: NSFW/Pin-Ups, Gore (a little of blood is okay), Hentai, R18, Furries, Mecha, Overly Sexualized/Political themes, Offensive Symbols, Art Targeting/Shaming/Fetishizing a Particular Group or Minorities, Elderly Characters, etc.

• Shipping is INCLUDED along with the finished piece (unless you just want a scan).

• When your commission is accepted, I will send you an invoice.

• Once the invoice has been paid for, I will start brainstorming and preparing the sketch.

• After revisions to the sketch, I will start doing the lineart and coloring.

• You will receive: ONE (1) digital PDF scan of the artwork with no watermark, and if you paid for shipping, ONE (1) original artwork on paper in the mail.
